Outlook along the trail

Alright so far working with the TN state park system has been awesome. The work is hard, basically we cut down tree's, cut the limbs, and use the wood for the base of an animal confinement (typically bunnies live there, pic above). Then we take the limbs and throw them on top of the wood, stacking it up as high as we can possibly throw it.
The composite team consists of 6 corps members and 1 team leader. Corps members are Aaron, Kari, Ashley, John, Colin, and myself, and our team leader is Jamison. After only working together for a week or so we have all clicked surprisingly quickly which makes work a lot easier.
Today we have our first rainy day which means we won't be working on trail clearing. Hopefully we will work at an animal shelter to mix things up, but we'll see... Alright time to head off to work

Composite Team shenanigans!

Hello again! So I've decided for my last Spike I will try and step it up and blog more often (I've been slacking hard I'm well aware). Above are some pictures taken from a 5 mile hike I went on with a few members of my composite team which was awesome. It took a while to get these pictures uploaded and I have PT very very early so I will add more context to this post tomorrow, until then enjoy the pictures... oh and I love my comp team, awesome people all around
